Welcome to ProFantasy online support. Here you can get immediate answers to known problems, how-to's and frequently asked questions relating to any of our products.
Important: There are currently two versions of our main program available: CC3 (v3.43) and CC3+ (v3.76) which can be installed and run at the same time. This is because not all add-ons have been updated to CC3+ yet. You can completely switch to CC3+ (and we recommend that) if all your add-ons have been updated. See the FAQ for which add-ons are currently available for CC3+.
Many tech support issues have been fixed by the latest CC3 Update. Please check your CC3's Help >> About, and if your version number is less than 3.43, go to your registration page and download CC3 Update 11.
The same goes for CC3+. If it's version number is less than 3.76, go to your registration page and download CC3+ Update 2.

Check out the Profantasy FAQ, if the Knowledgebase doesn't cover your question.
If you can't find the answer to your question in the tech support database or the FAQ, you can also get person to person technical support from the registered user page.
