LINE STYLE allows you to set the line style for new entities. When you select LINE STYLE you see the Select Line Style dialog box. Use this dialog box to apply create, edit and delete styles. When you choose a different style from the list, the style will only be applied to new entities that are drawn.
Click the Line Style Indicator to set the current fill style for new entities.
Right click Change Properities 
to change just the line style of existing entities.
