Outlines

Right click Outlines to select an outine.

Outlines add an outline to entities by making a hollow copy of the selected entity. Unlike most Draw menu commands, outlines require you to select entities. These are then outlined.

Note: CC3’s OUTLINE IN CURRENT COLOR and OUTLINE IN BLACK commands do not change the outline color of selected entities, instead, they add an outline (a hollow copy) of the selected entities. This is to make it easier to select by color.

Use Change Outline Color to manipulate the primary colors of individual entities if you need this.

CC3 also allows you to have a different interior and exterior color for entities. Use CHANGE COLOR 2 to change the interior color of an entity without adding an entity. In other words, draw your entities in the outline color, then use CHANGE.. 2nd COLOR to change the interior color.

To remove an outline, erase by selecting the entity with the outline, right click, select AND FILL STYLE Hollow, OK.
