Save FCW files in Compressed format
Choose to enable automatic FCW file compression. File compression is on the order of 50% of the original size (actual rates vary depending upon the file content). Using this option can cause longer file saves, although you are unlikely to notice the difference on a modern system. Opening compressed files is automatic and transparent. Current versions CC3 can all open compressed FCW files without any additional software or utilities. This setting is saved in the registry.
Group Parts on insertion
If you select this option, when you insert a CC3 drawing into another CC3 drawing, it is grouped. This affects entities inserted by Insert File or from the clipboard. This check box disables that grouping. This is useful if you are pasting maps together..If you disable part grouping on insertion it will stay enable, even between sessions, until you check this option again.
