Define a symbol

1 Set the current layer to SYMBOL DEFINTION

2 On the Symbols menu, click Define Symbol.

3 At the "Symbol Name:" prompt type your symbol’s name (no more than 32 characters) then press ENTER.

4 At the "Symbol Origin:" prompt select a point with the mouse and cursor on the symbol. The center or lower center are best.

5 Select the entities you want to be included in the symbol.
